Your account is governed by the terms applicable to your supported region. ef 88 scopes access by jurisdiction, and the version of our terms active at account creation is the baseline for any dispute raised from that account.

Funds in your account at the time of closure are returned via the payment method you used most recently — JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast. The return is processed within the timeframe stated in the account-closure clause of our terms.
